Demandoriented incentive mechanism design for energy efficiency of largescale public buildings

Based on the incentive mechanism design theory, through an analysis of incentive goals, objects and models of largescale public building in energy efficiency, sets up a demandoriented incentive mechanism. Proposes economic incentive programs phased and faced to different market players in order to promote energy efficiency of largescale public buildings.
